Key elements of the existing structure were preserved to blend the old with the new. The front façade was updated to reflect current design trends while maintaining the existing hip roof line. The design features an open concept floorplan including transition risers on the main level, which uniquely define each space. The dwelling also features a lowered basement providing recreational space with potential for a conversion to a rental unit if desired.
