The changing characteristics of the surrounding neighbourhood presented an opportunity to transform a 40-foot single detached dwelling site into modern semi-detached dwellings equally balanced on the two new split lots. A land severance was required to achieve the new divided property. Each dwelling is suited with four bedrooms and an open concept floorplan.
